the room was very spacious and clean. the bed was very comfortable. the front desk staff was very polite. I liked that for breakfast they you can make waffles and that they had 2 different sizes to chose from. I liked that they had direct TV in the room and several channels to watch.

After reading some of the reviews on here I was doubting staying here. We went on vacation with 3 young children and I was worried about the homeless being outside. We did not see any homeless anywhere near the hotel. The room was bigger than we had expected. The place was very clean. The staff was very accommodating. The only thing I could possibly complain about is the key reader to get in the front door after 11 doesn’t work the best. Other than that we will definitely book here again!

The room was nice, but the room was too small for the beds, which made the bed too close to the air conditioner. I called the front desk, and he sent maintenance in to check to see if the unit was fine. It was, but the unit was sucking the bed spread into the unit because of the closeness, which had the room warm & made it seem like the unit wasn't working. There does need to be more space between the air conditioner units & the beds. I agree with maintenance that the wall needs to be moved over more so the beds can be moved over. But other than that, everything else was ok.

The entire hotel was clean with a fresh smell upon arrival, very spacious rooms, and great customer service from the staff to also include Ms. Gwen who made sure their was hot food and a large variety during breakfast. She was observed making extra efforts to make sure a small family got hot food although they came down late due to the mother taking care of their small children. Warm welcome!

Ms. Sharon was so kind to me on the phone when authorizing my transaction the day before. She explained everything thoroughly. I loved the way it smelled on the inside. They really take care of the entrance and rooms.

Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, and comfortable mattress. Good customer service from the front desk staff when a minor glitch occurred prior to arrival to the hotel when our reservation was canceled secondary to expiration date on card did not update. Manager Mrs. Jones assisted us to get a room after a 7 hour drive. We were pleased and grateful.
